If you’re the health secretary of a first world country and you decide to break the highest level of lockdown your country has to go mountain biking and to the beach....maybe don’t do it in your van with your picture on the side?

“ No, I was not out driving around and mountain biking. A breach of the lockdown was reported, and I took my official vanagon to investigate. Because of the remote area where the alleged breach was located, I then proceeded to that area by mountain bike. Having determined that no breach actually had occurred, I then returned by mountain bike to my official vanagon and proceeded to my home. Nothing to see here.”
